About Shaun Fraley — Founder of Synelium
I spent 10 years as a licensed agent running intake and operations for my own book of business — working leads, managing renewals, and building every workflow myself because nobody handed me a system that actually worked.
Along the way I built lead routing into GoHighLevel so inbound leads got assigned and contacted in minutes instead of hours, automated reporting with Power Automate so pipeline and renewal data updated without anyone pulling a spreadsheet, and wired CRMs into compliance and support systems so files moved between intake and servicing without manual hand-offs. Those systems are still the foundation of how I build for clients today.
Background
I founded Synelium after watching the same pattern play out across firm after firm: strong lead flow, capable teams, and a steady leak of revenue happening quietly in the gap between first contact and closed business. Nobody could see it because nobody was measuring it. Once I started mapping it for people, the dollar amounts were never small.
Today I work with legal, finance, insurance, and real estate firms — from growing firms to ones doing $100M+ — where the systems connecting intake to revenue haven't kept pace with growth. I map where the leak is, build the fix into the tools they already run, and stay on as the relationship usually grows into whatever systems work the firm needs next.
Every engagement is run personally by Shaun. The client count is intentionally small on purpose — every firm gets direct accountability from the person who built the system, not a handoff to whoever's available.
